#8 GRANTON

I come with my will to survive

While I was playing flâneur in the city, my flatmate went for long therapeutic walks to Granton beach time after time.

The two hours walk from our flat to the beach made one’s body exhausted, and one’s mind calm and clear.

She stepped into the sand, picked up a branch and wrote this sentence down. It was like a silent shouting.

Just like her temporary message would eventually be erased by waves, we were just passengers to this place, but at the moment, we were indeed a part of Edinburgh.
